ViaLink Subprocessor List

Overview

Linpert, Inc. (“Company”) engages the following subprocessors to process personal data on behalf of its customers in connection with the ViaLink service, as described in the Company’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (available at vialink.app/dpa). Before engaging a new subprocessor, the Company will update this page and provide notice as described in Article 5 of the Data Processing Agreement.

Current Subprocessors

• Amazon Web Services, Inc.

  Purpose: cloud hosting and infrastructure. Data processed: all Service data, including personal data described in the Privacy Policy. Location: United States.

• Google LLC

  Purpose: social login (OAuth) authentication. Data processed: email address, name, profile image. Location: United States.

• Stripe, Inc.

  Purpose: payment processing. Data processed: billing and payment information. The Company does not store card numbers. Location: United States.
