Add a teammate to an app with a single email invite. Distinguish permissions across the three roles Owner, Admin, and Viewer, and build an independent team per app.
Core features
Email invites
Enter the email of the teammate you want to invite, and an invite link is sent. They join the team the moment they accept.
Role-based access control
Separate the permissions for creating links, changing settings, and managing members across the three roles Owner, Admin, and Viewer. The roles you can invite are Admin and Viewer.
Independent team per app
Each app has a fully separate team. You can't access another app's data or members.
Role changes
An Admin can change a teammate's role at any time. The change takes effect on their permissions immediately.
Remove members
An Admin can immediately remove members who have left the team. After removal, app access is blocked.
Review the activity log
Track the history of member invites, removals, and role changes, as well as app settings changes. Check when and who made each change.
Roles and permissions
Clearly distinguish member permissions across the three roles Owner, Admin, and Viewer. Whoever creates the app becomes the Owner, and additional members can be invited as Admin or Viewer.
Admin
Has access to every feature. Can freely manage links, settings, and members.

How to invite teammates
Add teammates to an app in 4 steps.
Open the Members menu
Go to ViaLink dashboard → App → Members. Only the Admin role can invite teammates.
Enter email and select role
Enter the teammate's email address and select a role from Admin or Viewer.
Send the invite email
An invite link is sent to the email you entered. The invite link is valid for 7 days after it's sent.
Accept and join the team
Once the teammate clicks the link in the invite email and accepts, they're immediately registered as a member of that app.
Data model
Team composition is managed per app.
App
Teams are separated per app. One account can belong to multiple apps with different roles.
Member
Manages email, role (Owner·Admin·Viewer), invite status, and join date.
Invitation
An invite record including the invite email, role, and expiration time (7 days).
