Consent to Third-Party Provision of Personal Information

Aresjoy Inc. (the “Company”) provides users' personal information to a third party (the payment gateway) as set out below in order to provide card payment and automatic (recurring) payment services. You have the right to refuse consent; however, if you refuse, your use of the card payment service may be restricted.
1. Recipient of Personal Information
Hecto Financial Co., Ltd. (Payment Gateway, PG)
2. Personal Information Provided
- Card number, expiration date, first 2 digits of the card password
- Date of birth or business registration number (for cardholder verification)
- Payment amount and transaction information
3. Purpose of Use by the Recipient
- Credit card payment approval and registration/management of automatic payment methods
- Payment cancellation and refund processing
- Detection and prevention of fraudulent transactions
4. Retention and Use Period
Used until payment processing is complete. However, where retention for a certain period is required under relevant laws such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the information is retained for that period.
This consent is a mandatory consent item for the provision of the card payment service. The original card number and password are not stored on the Company's servers and are used solely for encrypted transmission to the payment gateway.
